On LRC how to remove: Lock on second monitor? Thanks

The secondary monitor can only be locked in Loupe view. I've attached two screenshots below that show how/where the secondary monitor loupe view lock can be enabled/disbled. If this is not what you're referring to, then please provide more details. A screenshot would also be helpful.

Thanks but is no good, i find : command +E

I'm not sure where you got Cmd+E from as that combination opens photos into Photoshop. The KBSC's for loupe view on secondary display are: Shift+E and to Lock/Unlock Loupe view Shift+Cmd+Return
