Merci

Unfortunately, the forum translation is indicting that you do not have a 'Partial Turn' tab. However, there is no such tab/panel. Therefore, I'm guessing that you meant 'Transform'. If yes, then below screenshot shows where it is normally located. If not visible, then righ-mouse-click on any panel header and choose 'Customize Develop Panel'. A panel will open and you should ensure that there is a check mark against 'Transform'. The same procedure applies to any otehr missing panel. The Crop tool, which can also be used for rotating an image is located in the toolbar above the Basic panel.

At Lauca, Color Grading and Transform are two different tools in the develop module.

Yes, but what was called "Virage partiel" in the french version is not the "Transform" tab (which is called "Transformation", BTW). It's the tab that has been replaced by the "Color Grading".
