Opening Photoshop from Lightroom as Rosetta Enabled Application (M1)

I have Photoshop installed on my Mac M1 as a "universal" version. For compatibility with some extensions in Photoshop, I have specified to always open this application with Rosetta.

This works as long as I launch Photoshop directly.

When I want to pass images to Photoshop from Loghtroom, Photoshop always opens as a native M1 app.

If Photoshop is opened separately beforehand, the transfer works correctly.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can adjust / fix this?

Thanks!

The solution is in the first message; open Photoshop manually before sending an image from Lightroom to Photoshop if you want Photoshop to run in Rosetta mode.
