bonjour,impossible d ouvrir lightroom classique, meme après l avoir desintallé et reinstallé, supprimé les fichiers lock ... dès que je clique sur le bouton de l appli, rien ne se passe mais un fichier .lock se crée automatiquement dans le dossier lightroom.
If the splash screen is shown at startup, does it get to the point where it states something to the effect of reading the preferences? And if so, does it get past that point, or fails then
