P: Lag when starting Lightroom Classic (up to 5 minutes)

Hello to everybody,

I use the newest version of Lightroom Classic (10.4) on a Windows 10 Dell Laptop.

In the past 6 months, I had massive delays when starting Lightroom.

I open the App and the program doesn't react and shows a transparent grey overlay with a black bar at the top (screenshot). When I do nothing from here it stays on this screen forever, only when I click on random spots on the screen it suddenly closes the overlay and is good to go. 

It happens everytime I open Lightroom. 

I can't understand why that is happening and how to change it.

How about a more complete listing of system info.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

Other than the standard devices there is a Seagate Expansion 10TB HDD and a Samsung T7 1TB SSD connected.

Go to File > Plugin Manager, and try to disable the LogiOptions plugin.

It is known to cause very long startup times.

That is a very odd syntax for a path.

sorry for the long wait but I have just tried it and it worked!

I have restarted Lightroom 10 times now and it loads in under 10 seconds...
