Paineis muito grandes

Alguem poderia me ajudar, formatei o PC e após instalar o LR, ficou com os paineis muito grande e não consigo diminuir.

Ja fiz isto e nada mudou. Painel não diminuiu nada e nem com a flecha arrastando na horizontal não diminuiu.

The first setting needs a restart of Lightroom to take effect!

I've done that and it still has the huge panels.
