Good evening
when I open the panel in question I find the default IMPACT-SATURATION value at +16 instead of zero.
The question is: HOW CAN I RESET THIS PARAMETER????
Let me start by saying that I shoot in RAW with NIkon Z 6 II.
Thank you.

The Nikon Z cameras write camera settings to XMP, which LrC understands, and applies.
So the Saturation at 16 is a result of a Picture Control you have set in the camera.
To stop this from happening, go to Edit > Preferences > Presets, and change the global default from Camera settings to Adobe default.
You can also create your own default settings to be used with this camera, see
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/raw-defaults.html
To get a better match between the image you see in the camera and the image in LrC, set Picture Control to Standard or Neutral in the camera.
