Please specifically state your version NUMBER of Lightroom Classic, and the version NUMBER of your operating system. We need the version NUMBERs and not words like "latest" or "current".

This is release 10.3 and "final product specification setups" are user presets which user has made to Export To Hard Drive for example or whatever output parameters user has saved as presets to that menu.
Menu links are in Photo-menu's submenu Edit In... as a list of links which external programs are installing. All disappeared again.

You need to provide mare detailed info. For example did you have to do and update of Lightroom Classic version 10 or an upgrade from version 9 to 10? Did you upgrade your previous Catalog or did you create a new Catalog? Do you have the option to save presets in the Catalog on or off?

When LrC is updated it makes changes to the current Preferences file to include settings for new features. Some users have experienced similar corruption of the Preferences settings, self included. Best advice is start with a fresh default settings Preferences file by holding down the ALT + SHIFT or OPT + SHIFT keys when launching LrC. This will create a new default settings Preferences file, which you can edit with your custom settings. You will also need to reinstall your plugins. I keep a Word document that has screenshots of all the settings windows including Preferences, Catalog Setings, Plugin Manager, and Export module.

Lightroon Classic Cc update
Adobe no longer attaches CC to the Lightroom Classic software. This makes me wonder how old your previous version was?
Now you have v10.3, what did you upgrade from?
