pas de menu importer dans lightroom classic 13.2 sans carte reseau detectée

j'ai un pc sous windows 11 pour le développement en local avec lightroom classic 13.2 je désactive la carte réseau, après avoir fais cela j'ai remarqué que le menu importation de lightroom classic a disparu plus moyen d'importer.

Depending on how long the PC did not have network/internet connection, this is normal behavior.

LrC can run without network connection for a certain time. After that time, it needs to check the status of your license. If that is not possible, it deactivates all functions that need an active license.

What about the menu command File->Import Photos and Videos... ??? What about Ctrl-Shift-I? (that's capital letter I not number 1 or lower case L) Do any of those work?
