So i have a computer and an ipad. I tend to pay the subscription through my computer but this time i decided to pay with another card through my ipad. Now, on my computer it says i have not paid. But on my Ipad i CAN use Lightroom. Tried clicking on the "renew" botton but it still does not recognize it. I defenitelly do not want to pay twice :,( what can i do

You may want to reach out to Adobe for this since it is related to payment information. You can do that under your profile in your Creative Cloud dashboard under your picture or avatar. You can also go to your payment method in your account and remove the credit card that you are not using. Double billing is a hassle so contacting Adobe before it happens would be ideal.

Sounds like you paid for the Premium subscription on the iPad. That is a special Lightroom mobile only subscription, that is not valid for Lightroom on the computer. Do indeed contact Adobe.
