pb with lightroom v11.1

lightroom v11.1 ne démarre pas. je reste bloqué sur "préférence de lecture". lorsque je repasse à la v10, cela marche. install Mac OS monterrey, sur mac book pro mi-2015. any idea?

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

Which operating system do you use?

Which version of Lightroom do you use?

Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on.

 

Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the exact message or an screenshot.

Thank you for your help Axel! unfortunately it stays blocked on this screen. I am not able to reach preferences and the result is the same with alt shift to reset performances. I did not get any error message.

  • OS: Monterey 12.0.1
  • lightroom 11.1 (to mention that when I reinstall v10 it starts correctly. i had this problem since v11.0 in november and now with v11.1)
  • MacBook pro 2015, 15 inches, 2,5GhZ Intel core I7 4 cores
  • 16Go ram, 1600MHz, DDR3

Some user solved here this problem.

One of the delete all current catalog files and restored the catalog from a backup.

Another user had problems with template/presets by his own.

You'll find both near the end of the thread.
