Perpetual license for 19,99€?

Hi,

just been informed on Facebook about an offer: LR PRO (?) and PS PRO(?) sold as a perpetual license for 19,99€ each software. The whole creative suite is 79,99€.

As an user who own an account for the Photography Plan with 12€ each month sounds very interesting but... too interesting!

Is it legal? What problem can I face? They say <removed>  will send me a new UserID access but this sounds very strange, maybe a sort of BULK licenses? Thanks in advance for any help.

Of course I am not the one . In case - and is not the case - i will not pay with CC. They accept PayPal btw.
