photo machanic to lightroom

I used photo machanic and saved my pictures to an external hard drive. When I go into LR it import them they don't show up on the hard drive. It shows that there are no pictures in the folders. When I open the external hard drive I can see the pictures. When I try to upload them from my SD card it shows that they aren't there. I know they are there. Any help would be great.

Are you referring to the external hard drive where you saved the images from Photo Mechanic?

Or your internal hard drive?
