On both a laptop and a workstation, both with LrC v 14.3.1, Windows 11, using images from a Fujifilm X-T5 (RAF). The resultant merge presents an image that is automatically flagged as rejected. I have reset the Preferences file.
What may I have set incorrectly?

I saw that a couple times two days ago in my LR 14.4 and thought I had accidentally typed "x", but I thought it strange I had done it multiple times. Of course it's not happening to me now.
Perhaps post a screen recording of the entire LR window showing it occurring. That might help identify details of how to reproduce it

Attached is an example. This one being a brand new Phot Merge HDR

I tried setting up the same configuration and doing the exact clicks with the sample photos, and of course it no longer happens for me.

Lightroom Classsic v. 14.4 in Win. 11, all up to date. Panoramas are created without difficulty but the finished articles are marked as 'rejected'. Doesn't matter what projection is selected and whether auto-fill or other refinements are applied. Easy enough to un-reject them but this is silly and obviously a bug. Please correct!

Hey, @ericw79554200. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.
Here is a primary step you can try:
Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Sameer, with greatest respect and with thanks for your input, the likelihood that locally corrupted settings are responsible for this bug is as near zero as makes no difference. Even if such a corruption arose at random, that argues for a weakness in the program - and if it comes right for a while following the lengthy and laborious 'fix' you suggest there's no guarantee that it won't recur. Frankly, its a lot less trouble to live with the bug than to follow through the - perhaps! - 'remedy'. I'd be grateful therefore if you would raise this as a bug report, to be addressed in some future update - I hope!
Cheers,
Eric

I also have this issue, although in my case it is with any Photo Merge HDR. In my case, it occurs on both my Workstation and my Laptop. I have reset the preference file on both, with no change. LrC v14.4 is currently on each.
I reported this in Discussions, but I have received no replies:
For other members, wondering what exactly is being discussed. I select the images to merge, I accomplish the merge, and any/all results show up with the Rejected Flag. I then have to change the flag, otherwise the thumbnail previews (Grid view and Filmstrip) are grayed. This is a big irritation.

Snap! That's exactly what I get too.

I have been unable to replicate this with Mac or Windows with Pano, HDR or HDR/Pano.

I have tried to replicate this over and over, but I haven't been able to.
If it is a bug, there must be some other detail that is missing in order to reproduce.
