Photobook fonts without Create Cloud Desktop open?

Hi. I have notice that for installed fonts to work, the Create Cloud Desktop app must be open. Is this the normal behaviour?

Hi there,

 

Photoshop uses the Creative Desktop app to download the TypeKit fonts and should work independently with those fonts once they are installed.

 

It seems that the fonts you are using are part of online fonts that can only be activated and used. 

If you launch the Creative Cloud desktop app while offline, fonts won't display in the font lists of your apps. However, if you go offline while the Creative Cloud desktop app is running, activated fonts will still be listed and available to

AFAIK closing the CC app window should be OK. Just don't sign out from your Adobe Account.
