my computer crashed and I need to reinstall my photography plan ie Lightroom and photoshop but all I see is an option to re purchase. where do I download the products in my plan again
You have to download and install the Creative Cloud app and log in. Lightroom and Photoshop are then installed from the CC app.
To install Lightroom and Photoshop, you will need to first download and install the CC Desktop app. Once you have signed in to the app using your Adobe ID, you'll be able to install all the apps in your plan.

Bring up your new copy of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, (ACCDA), sign out, then sign back in, watch for errors. Might have been a connectivity glitch at Adobe. Signing out will deactivate the programs (PS, Lr, LrC, etc) on your computer. Signing in will re-authenticate your account, then if good to go, reactivate those programs.
