Hi there,
I just bought a new Nikon Z6 mirrorless and am having issues with importing them into lightroom classic. They import well but for whatever reason when I'm in the develop section to edit them, several of them randomly have multi coloured streaks accross the photo. I shoot in manual and in raw...
help!

Can you post a screen capture? It sounds like the raws might be corrputed. I'd suggest turning off GPU to see if it's a redraw errror, but that wouldn't be the case with only some of the raws.

That's a corrupted file.
File corruption is always caused by failing hardware. It could be a drive about to fail or bad RAM, but start with memory card, card reader and cables.
Until you can manage to isolate the problem, make sure you have backups of everything important. If it's RAM or disk, the corruption can spread as you open and resave files.
Also avoid working directly off external drives. Work locally, then copy over. An intermittently loose connector can do a lot of damage.

Hi
careful. if you shot images with Z6/7 in electronic mode your images depending on the lights will show a so called BANDING. look up in Google the Banding problem.
load a screenshot of one image.

It is possible that the originals are OK but are getting corrupted on import. I had a similar problem once, tried swapping out hardware, found out the problem went away when I switched card readers. But in some cases it's the cable.
