Photos not showing in collections

I get "No photos match the filter."  This is something new.

I do show the first photo of a collection in the Navigator window.

I have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and so am up to date.

Please post a new screenshot with the Filter bar showing. To show the Filter bar, press the backslash key, or go to View > Show Filter bar.

Do not attach the screenshot, use the Insert Photos button in the toolbar to insert it directly into your post.

I broke Rule 1 in these matters:  Reboot and check again!  All is well now, including after updating to V13.
