Pink preview on 360 DNG Images

Hi there,

I use Theta z1 HDR, but when importing to photos or later to lightroom cc, the image shows as pink. I was told that lightroom is not decoding the image properly, is there anything I can do to fix that?

What version of Lightroom CC, or is it Lightroom Classic?  By stating Lightroom CC, I could assume v6. And screen capture does not show enough to tell.

To avoid confusion, avoid the letters CC in defining the program name, it is Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC died several years ago.

Your first screenshot is displaying the images in macOS. As such, the preview is the preview embedded in the camera, which would suggest that the issue is with your camera or the import process, not Lightroom. I'd check your camera setting, etc.

Try using the LrC plugin from Theta Z1.
