First troubleshooting steps:

1. Do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste here the first ten lines.

2. Upload a sample photo showing the problem to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar and post the sharing link here.

It looks to me like maybe a default setting is being applied, or some setting was copied over multiple photos.

Can you bring one into the Develop module and try Ctrl-Shift-R (Cmd-Shift-R on Mac), or use the menu command:

Settings > Reset All Settings

It would be interesting to see the contents of the History Panel, which would show whether a setting was added by mistake, or was applied during the import process. For example, I have a preset I use to apply some standard settings when I import, if you somehow enabled this with a preset by accident it can be a source of puzzlement:

I only see your screenshots in that Google Drive link.  If you upload the original photo, then we can quickly determine if this is an issue with the photos themselves as they come out of the camera or something that's happening in LR, of the sort suggested by Michael. (Beware that when you view a raw photo with Finder / Preview or another app, you're usually looking at the JPEG preview embedded in the raw file, not the raw photo itself.)
