Poor performance while generating Smart & 1:1 Previews

After upgrading to Lightroom Classic 11, generating Smart Previes & 1:1 previews are ridiculous slow. LR uses only 2-4 cores becoming unresponsible! All other cores are not used. RAW files, catalog files, system and LR Catalog placed on SSD's. This performance is a joke 😞

Ryzen 5900X, 32GB DD4, X570 Aorus Master, 3*Corsair MP510 2TB, 2* Samsung 870EVO 4TB

This happens only when Smart Previews & 1:1 previews are generating in the same time. Generating only Smart Previews or only 1:1 previews is ok, and all cores are perfectly used.

Might want to turn off that Auto Sync

Creating previews for 8005 files, going to hurt.

Auto sync has no impact for creating previews. One task - generate Smart Previews utlilize 100% CPU power. Another one task - generate 1:1 previews also utilize 100% CPU. These two task running simultanously utlize only 20% CPU and take much longer time than normal.
