Pop ups / constant ads?

Hi there, 

I am trying to use Lightroom Classic, however, this window (refer photo) keeps popping up and I am unable to access the program. When I press the "x" in the window, it closes the program all together. 
I have run an anti-virus check and everything is fine. I am using a HP laptop on windows.

It appears that it's the signin window loading. Are you signed in on the creative cloud app?
