Preset button inactive after adding new preset

After updating Lightroom to the latest version, the Presets worked, but I added a new preset and the button became inactive. I have already uninstalled the new version, but still the function does not work. What should I do? Moreover, all the presets are there, and when I move the cursor over them, the color changes. But they are not visible.
