Preset can not be selected

Why I can't select the preset? I can only see the preset effect when I point mouse cursor on the left preset line, when I move mouse cursor away the preset effect is gone, I can't edit my photo, what's the problem?

Are you actually clicking on the preset, or just hovering the mouse over it?

 

Do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste here the first ten lines so we can see exactly which versions you're running.

Yes, I actually clicking on the preset, but when I move the mouse away from the preset, the effect is gone. It's just happened yesterday.

Try resetting LR's preferences:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.
