Preset in Lightroom does not work

Hello!
After changing the camera, my Lightroom preset stopped working. Moved from canon 5d to canon r6. What is the reason and how to solve the problem?

Sorry that your presets have stopped working in Lightroom Desktop after upgrading your camera from Canon 5D to R6.

Which exact version of Lightroom are you using and on which device? 

Does the default app presets work fine with the Canon R6 images? Also, does the problem occurs only while working with RAW files?

As Akash indicates more info is needed. Just a thought, is the preset being applied as part of your "Default develop" settings at import? Is that specific to the camera make and model?
