When I click on the Preset Dropdown in the Develop Module, the area is blank. I am able to hover and the preset appears on the image.

They were appearing until I tried to create a new Preset Group folder. How do I get the names to appear again?

If that fails

Have you considered restoring (a.k.a. resetting) the preference file. The preference file can get corrupted leading to buggy behavior. The preference file will survive updates, upgrades, uninstalls, reinstalls. Note that this may revert some preference settings to defaults.

If you click on the + symbol, can you select Manage? If you select Manage, are any presets shown, but perhaps not checked for use.?
