Presets are loaded on preset panel but I cannot open any of them and apply them while in develop. In library I can open and apply presets. My brushes are just gone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling an older version and the new one.
Please post a screenshot of what you see in the Presets panel in Develop. Also, do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the first ten lines here.
