Presets and brushes won't apply LrC

Recently did the update to lrc and my presets and brushes will not apply. Brushes are nowhere to be found and the presets are there but I cannot open the folders to see the drop-down of presets. In library I can apply a preset however.

Is your question about Lightroom Classic? I will move to proper forum. I believe it will be also helpful to post screenshot with problem visible.
