I am creating presets and profiles in Photoshop and they dont appear in Lightoroom

What kind of presets and profiles are you talking about (Camera Raw presets and profiles are shared with Lightroom, Photoshop does not create any presets or profiles that can be shared) and what version of Lightroom? ACR and Lightroom Classic automatically share presets and profiles, but Lighroom desktop does not (you need to import them).
