Presets are invisible?

So I have alot of presets in lightroom. i see them in the presets window all fine. but i cant find them in any folders. even all the paths or tutorials where they should be? the folders are empty... anyone help me

Firstly- A Version Number of your app will determine if you are asking about "Lightroom" or "Lightroom-Classic".

If it is Lr-Classic then Presets (XMP files) would normally be found in a Windows folder like-

C:\Users\{YourName}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\Settings

Building on Rob's reply, and assuming you're in LR Classic, you can find a preset's .xmp file by right-clicking the preset in the Presets panel and doing Show In Explorer / Finder.  If you don't see Show In Explorer in the right-click menu, that means you've placed the preset with the built-in presets that come with LR. See item 5 of this FAQ for what to do:
