I have just updated to the latest version of Lightroom Classic (v12) and now mu metadata presets are missing and I can not see a way of importing them - could someone please let me know how I can re-import all my metadata preset templates.

Thanks

Did you perhaps store the presets with the catalog? If that got reset, then Lightroom is now looking for presets in the default location again.

You did not answer my question. If they are with the catalog, then you need to set that choice again in the preferences. It is also possible that they are hidden. Click on the plus icon in the presets panel and choose 'Manage Presets'.
