When I click on any Preset to edit my photo, it shows only how it looks, but not edit it by clicking.

Can you post a screen shot of the image you are trying to apply a preset to and show the preset panel? Have you tried different presets? Something obvious like B&W. I tested and was able to select and apply different presets.
