Presets missing

This is the first time Lightroom Classic I’ve experienced a glitch. All my presets are gone and I’ve tried to re-import it but it said that “it’s already been imported” as well as restating my computer and uninstalling the app. Pictures attached is what happened. Please let me know if there is a solution to this. Thank you!

A few people have reported similar symptoms, with the Presets panel either blank or garbled. 

Try resetting LR's preferences:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.
