Presets Toggle Missing

Hi, I've used presets in LR for a long time. However, now when I open my LR classic, the presets toggle is completely missing. I have gone through the preferences and everything should be set up properly, but it's just missing. Please help!

Typically, this happens when a user inadvertently turns the Presets panel off using a keyboard shortcut.  The easiest way to re-enable is to right-mouse-click any of the other panel headers (e.g. Snapshots), then click on Presets in the context menu. I've atatched a screenshot that should be of help.
