Presets

Hi can someone help me? the presets don't work in Lightroom Classic 11.2,i.e nothing happens when I click on them, do I need to enable them? I've read they are shared with other apps but can't find out how to activate the share with lightroom? Thanks in advance:)

Your screen-clip show us many Preset 'Groups' (Clicking on a Group name will do nothing!)

What happens when you click on the 'Disclosure' triangle to reveal the Presets that exist in a Group?

Hi Rob, Thanks so much for your help, I did an update and a restart and when I opened it back up the groups that wouldn't open, did... so the problem has resolved.
