I did some further edits on an image I had already exported as a JPG and selected "overwrite" when I re-exported it - the JPG does not show the edit in Library but does in Develop.

Zoom in to 100% in loupe view, that should force an update. Or choose 'Library - Previews - Build Standard-sized Preview'.
