Hi...I can't figure out why I'm getting this message (subject line) or how to resolve online.

 LR Classic 12.2 Mac OS Big Sur 11.7.1 Canon EOS R6 MKII

Also, is it possible to import ONLY Jpeg files from SD card to Lightroom. "treat jpeg files next to raw files as separate photos" is not the answer i'm looking for.  not trying to import raw+jpeg.  ONLY jpeg

If you have jpg and raw on the card, you need to enable to treat as separate photos. Otherwise, you won't be able to import the jpg. You can then select to order by file type during import and only select the jpg's.
