For reference: I'm running Mac OS 12.3.1 (Monterey) on an iMac with a 10-core i9 processor running at 3.6 GHz (NOT overclocked), with 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 RAM, and a, AMD Radeon Pro 5700XT graphics card with 16 gb RAM. The primary Macintosh drive is a 2 TB SSD drive.
Often, when I'm moving between apps, or coming back to the computer after the display has gone to sleep, I will find that the primary screen for LR Classic will have been automagically moved to the seondary display, behind the secondary LR screen. This happens in a non-deterministic fashion and I haven't yet been able to determine how to get it to happen consistently. So far, the only way out of this situation is to quite and re-launch LR. Until the the primary LR screen is either never findable, or of I canbring it to the front, clicking anywhere on it will cause it to diusappear and be replaces by the secondary screen. This has become a HUG time waster given both the shutdown and relauch times involved — even on a fast system like mine.
