Bonjour à tous.
Voilà je me retourne vers vous en dernier espoir, car même le centre adobe n’a pas pu m’aider… 🙄
Voilà, dans le cadre de mon travail je dois retravailler quelques vidéos faite de mon iPhone que je transfère sur mon mac par AirDrop en 1080x1920 que je retravaillais légèrement sur Lightroom Classic (filtre, expo, saturation)
Lors de l’exportation, je vois bien que la vidéo d’origine est en 1080x1920 mais quand je sélection le format vidéo H 264. Qualité max, celui ci me me laisse pas le choix qu’un format 960x540… impossible de changer ça.
Jusqu’à maintenant je n’avais aucun soucis. Mais depuis hier je ne comprends pas, impossible…
J’ai donc réinitialisé tous les paramètres, supprimé Lightroom, réinstallé mais rien y fait.
Je serais bien passé sur adobe premiere mais tous mes presets sont sur lightrooom classic…
Si jamais quelqu’un a déjà eu le soucis ça serait vraiment sympa de pouvoir m’aider. En vous remerciant.

This is a limitation of Lightroom when used with vertically filmed videos. Unfortunately nothing you can do about it. It's one of the reasons I don't really use Lightroom for any videos. The support is just not very good.

ce qui est bizarre c'est que jusqu'à maintenant j'y arrivais sans soucis. Depuis quelques jours impossible. Cnest incompréhensible.

It only happens with vertical video and it is absolutely stupid indeed. With normal horizontal video it will export to a max of 1920x1080 (already crazy that it won't do 4k video) but not for vertical where it maxes to 960x540 as you found which is a horizontal format. Lightroom doesn't understand horizontal videos very well and just assumes your original is in a horizontal format and finds a standard ratio for H264 video that is closest to the horizontal dimension of the original (1080 columns) and it won't scale up video, so 960 horizontal dimension is the result of this rather stupid algorithm.
