problème affichage dans module impression

New Here ,
Jan 10, 2025 Jan 10, 2025

Bonjour,

Merci.

"a truncated image (just the top is displayed)"

Have you considered that you have 15 rows of photos on the one page?

Decrease Rows to 1, Columns to 1, Set Cell Sizes to Maximum, as see what you get.

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

"Operating System: Mac OS 12

Dedicated GPU Memory Used by Lightroom: 1.6MB / 1,536.0MB (0%)

Metal: Intel Iris Graphics
Initial State: GPU for display supported by default
User Preference: Auto"

You've got an older graphics processor with only 1.5 GB of graphics memory, less than the 2 GB nominally required by LR. And it's using a three-year-old graphics driver (Mac OS 12.7.6).

As a first step, set Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor to Off. That should help with basic editing and image display but not with any problems LR's AI commands (masking, denoise, lens blur, AI remove).

If your hardware allows it, you could try updating to a more recent version of Mac OS, the only way you can get newer (less buggier) graphics drivers, which may help.

But if none of that helps enough, you'll have to get a newer computer.
