If anyone is having problems with importing photos on LRC 11.1, this worked for me: Simply rollback to last version 11.01. I worked for 3 weeks with tech support and 4 techs before the last one just suggested that I rollback to the previous version. Same tools in 11.01. Hopefully someone at Adobe will iron out the bugs that conflicts w Windows 10 because I'm sure I'm not the only one who had this very frustrating problem. Hope this helps.
