Consider resetting the preference file. The preference file can get corrupted leading to buggy behavior. A corrupt preference file will survive uninstalls, reinstalls, upgrades, updates, and upgrades. Be warned that resetting the preference file will cause many settings to revert to defaults.
One bit of difference in your case, Fairly sure the preference file for v6 is not the same file. Is your copy of v11 your first subscription copy? Fairly sure this file goes back to v7, not v6.
If v11 is your first Adobe Plan subscription of LrC, then it seems unlikely that the preference file is corrupt, but you might want to give it a try.

Looking at your attached image again.
And using Google Translate
For source (Källa) you selected Devices (Enheter), change that to Files (Filer ). See if that helps.

If you haven't tried it already, select the 'Untitled' disk listed under 'Filer'. It's the same disk as you've already selected under 'Enheter' but uses a different code path and is therefore less susceptable to issues such as you're having.

Are you using a card reader to import the files from SD card or direct camera connection to computer? If the latter, then try using a card reader.
