Hello and welcome. I recently installed the Beta version of Photoshop and when I edited the photo from the LR level, the PS Beta was opening for me. So I uninstalled this version of PS and now my LR can't see any Photoshop. Please help.

Uninstall the Photoshop and then reinstall again.
what about my actions and plugins?
Normally they are not cleaned if you uninstall Photoshop and are after the installation available again.
But errors can always happen. So I would save all actions and plugins. So it's possible to reinstall.
