 Issue with Masking Feature in Lightroom and Photoshop

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing with the masking feature in both Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Every time I attempt to use the masking option in either software, a warning message appears, forcing me to close the program. This issue disrupts my workflow and prevents me from using these essential features.

Here are more details about the problem:

  • I am using the latest versions of both Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • My operating system is Windows 11 Pro.
  • My system specifications are:
    • Laptop: Dell Precision 5550
    • RAM: 32 GB
    • CPU: Intel Core i9
    • GPU: NVIDIA Quadro T2000
    • Storage: 1 TB SSD

Steps I have taken to resolve the issue:

  • Reinstalled the software.
  • Cleared the cache.
  • Restarted the system.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue and whether any specific actions are required on my part.
