Problem with modal window when deleting photos

Hi, I have this problem with deleting photos.
System: MacOs 15.3.3
Apple M4 Pro
LR classic: 14.2

Problem: if I press the delete (backspace) button above the photo in the library. A modal window about deleting pops up, see screen.
As you can see, the first button is blue, the second is framed.
1) if I press enter, the photo is deleted from the catalog (expected deletion from disk because the framed button determines focus)
2) navigation using the arrow keys does not work, you need to use the tab key.
3) even when using the tab key, the options change, but still after pressing the enter key, deletion from the catalog is used (never from disk). The only option is to use the space key instead of enter.

This whole procedure is confusing and using enter is not possible to delete photos. Only space or mouse click.

What MAC volume are the photos in? Does it support moving to trash?
