I've been using LRC for a long time, but unfortunately, it does not work as it should on one of my devices.
When using the printing module after changing images a few times and presets whole LRC stops working and I don't see any preview just a gray area. Even if it sometimes works the length and width are incorrect (my input: 6x8 inches and it shows 6.2x8.3 inches or sth like that)
I tried:
- going back one version
- going back Windows update
- reinstalling LRC
- reinstalling all Adobe packages on my computer
- going back to 11.x versions
- looking for LRC logs (unable to find them, if someone knows how I would appreciate explaining it to me)
- updating and going down one version of my graphics card and other components
I'm using:
- LRC 12.2.1
- Windows 11
I appreciate any ideas
