Problem ze stabilnością Lr

Proszę o pomoc. Nie mogę pracować na Lr, ciągle mnie wywala. Mój komputer spełnia wymagania systemowe, wyłączałam wspomaganie procesora graficznego, mam zainstalowane aktualizacje, zmieniałam katalogi, sprawdziłam dyski, ciągle wysyłam raporty o błędzie do Adobe.  Jestem już bezsilna.

Please help. I can't work on Lr, it keeps crashing me. My computer meets the system requirements, I turned off GPU support, I have updates installed, I changed directories, checked disks, I keep sending error reports to Adobe. I'm already powerless.

Have you tried resetting the preferences?
