Problema con Lightroom classic versione 12.2.1 - non si avvia su Windows 11

Buongiorno, ho installato da Adobe creative cloud la versione 12.2.1 di Lightroom classic su Windows 11. Il programma non si avvia, tutti gli altri programmi , photoshop , camera row, Lightroom normale funzionano. Lightroom classic NON SI AVVIA . ho provato ad disistallare adobe creative cloud per poi reinstallarlo, ho provato a installare tutti i programmi prima di Lightroom Classic ma senza esito. Lightroom classic 12.2.1 non si avvia su Windows 11. Mi potete aiutare ? Adobe può risolvere il problema ? grazie!

Ho letto tuute le varie ozioni da voi proposte e vi ringrazio. Ma il problema non l'Ho risolto, non capisco perche adobe non lo risolve. Pago per un servizio e l'uso di un loro programma e non funziona. Perchè non intervengono? Grazie comunque a tutti

Log into your computer using a different user account, perhaps the ADMIN account. See if LrC then starts. That procedure is a diagnostic test that can indicate user account issues.

    1. Grant read-write permissions on appropriate folders.
    2. Re-create the Adobe application's account-specific preferences files.
    3. Troubleshoot account-specific fonts.
    4. Delete account-specific Adobe cache files.
    5. Troubleshoot account-specific login items.
    6. Reset the access settings on the user account's Library folder.
    7. Repair the startup disk.
    8. Use a new user account.

 

For WIN OS

 

    1. Grant read-write permissions on appropriate folders.

    4. Troubleshoot account-specific startup items.

    • For MACOS users the MAC solution #3 has been helpful
    • For WINOS users the WIN solution 4 has been helpful
    • but that is not absolute, so the other solutions may or may not be what is happening.
