Hi @Edgar_1992
Thanks for reporting this. To help narrow it down, could you please share a few more details from your side? For example:
System Info from Lightroom Classic (Help > System Info – you can copy/paste the text)
Does this happen with all photos or only specific ones (RAW/JPEG/HEIC, very large files, etc.)?
Are you behind a VPN, proxy, firewall, or corporate network?
Basic troubleshooting steps to try in the meantime:
Sign out of Creative Cloud, restart your system, then sign back in.
Make sure both the catalog and the image are stored locally (not on a network or synced folder).
Import a small JPEG from your local disk and test Remove Distractors / Generative Removal there.
Once you share the system info and results of these steps, we can guide you further or escalate if needed.
Regards,
Srishti

Just to check, when you try this, is your computer connected to the internet?

That poorly written error message indicates an anti-malware package, a firewall, a router, or a server somewhere on the network path between LR and Adobe's servers has incorrectly blocked the request from LR to Adobe's Firefly servers:
(This error corresponds to the HTTP 403 Forbidden error code.)
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Temporarily disable all the firewall/anti-virus/security services on your computer, including Microsoft Defender. If that solves the problem, then add a specific exclusion for LR to the services' rules.
- Connect to another network, preferably one serviced by a different ISP. E.g. a Wifi connection of a neighbor, a coffee shop, work, or your phone's hotspot. Sometimes the routers in these networks block some of LR's requests, especially in authoritarian countries like China.

Alguna idea ??

@Eduardo_R7209: "I've tried disabling the Windows firewall, but the problem persists."
