Problemas com importação de arquivo RAW

Não estou conseguindo importar as imagens em Raw feitas pela minha camera.

Sempre tratei as fotos dela e do nada ele diz que não reconhece o arquivo.

Minha camera é uma Canon 5D mark 4  e O Lightroom é a versão classic. 

Ele começou a dar esse erro agora, mas sempre tratei as imagens com ele.

Vi o link q me mandou e diz que tem uma limitação ao modelo da minha camera. Não sei como resolver isso.

A versão do meu lightromm é Versão do Lightroom Classic: 9.2.1

Ok, LrC vs Camera was not the issue.

How are you attempting the import? From card in camera via USB, from card in camera via WiFI, from card in reader?

What option in import are you using? Copy, Copy as DNG, or Add?

What source are you using in import?  Device or Files?

I tried importing directly from the card, then I tried with the files on the desktop and then the same files on an external HD.

I tried to do it with copy and also copy DNG

I uninstalled the program and installed it again. I'm not succeeding at all.

The strange thing is that I always used the program on my computer with files from that same camera.

I tried Adobe support over the phone in Brazil and I couldn't get it either.
